5/5/07 ~ Ok, I guess it's time to get off my ass and actually do something with the site. I've been getting a ton of requests for info on the shift linkages, and other one off fabricated items.  Made a shift linkage for a friend out of a clear, twisted "plastic" like material. He's been running with it since Sturgis '06, and it's been holding up pretty damn well. Trying to find a way to set LED's into em.

We also made a sissy bar for him at the same time, so he could strap some bags to it, and give his better half something to lean against.

It came out pretty well, but was a tad too small in thickness to fit in with the rest of the bike. Looks pretty damn good too for not being chromed. Yep, just polished steel. Don't even ask how long that took to do. Let's just say that if he doesn't clear coat, or chrome it, I'm gonna beat him with it, then wrap it around his neck.

6/27/07 - Well, its the end of June, and I haven't updated shit in a while. Here's a couple new ones. Click on pic for a bigger shot.

Seems I was going down to Northern California on the Redwood Run, and needed someplace to pack my shit. Not being a big fan of saddle bags, I had to come up with something. Hmmm, chain seems to be the logical choice, (go figure), so 3 days before we're ready to go, I whip this up. Chain link sissy bar. Since there was no time for chrome,  or powder coating, and I didn't wanna just rattle can it black, I went with stainless chain. Didn't turn out too bad for a quick job, and it worked.

SISSY BAR

Got a lot of compliments on it, so I guess it turned out ok. Bad part is I'm sorta stuck with it now. At least til I get the new tins back from the painters, cuz it sorta marred up the "super custom" ( insert laugh here ) powder coated fender.

4/4/08

Ok, So I know I said I would try to get on here more often, but.......................bite me!!

Been a busy year, with all sorts of developments, progress, and setbacks. Seems this airplane building stuff I do to actually make money has been quite time consuming. Not leaving me with a lot of the free time to make you kiddies all the neat little implements of destruction you so desire.

But alas!!! I have received that proverbial "swift kick in the ass", that has forced my welding hand to once again, begin the metal burning and distortion process,  that coincidently, also doubles as my therapy.

The swift kick I'm referring to is John and Diane, owners of Renegade Classics who by some misfortune on his part, stumbled upon one of my linkages. So after a brief meeting, and them not running in terror to fetch to paddy wagon with the "White Coat Team", we strike up a deal, making him the exclusive distributor of Chain Reaktion items in Washington State.

I will do my part, in trying to get this page updated a weeeeeeeeeee bit more often than I have, but no promises!!!

Laterz, Chainz
